Latest Happenings

  • We recently had a visit from Katonah Paranormal.  Great group of people with very interesting findings.  Click on the tab in our main menu for more information about their findings.

  • The Third annual Live Reindeer Event was again a smashing success!  The kids were thrilled, the weather was fine and the holiday spirit was in the air.  We look forward to this event again next year.

  • Lt. General Hagenbeck, Superintendent of West Point and Col. Craig Flowers were kind enough to give to us a keepsake from their recent trip to the Cadet Summer Program in France.  As a gesture of goodwill from our community, they contacted the last living descendant of the Garrison family who so long ago built this house and presented her with a picture of it.  In turn, they gave to us a picture of her receiving their gift.  The picture is proudly on display in the B&B.

  • Col. Bruno, Garrison Commander of West Point graciously gave a Commander's Coin to us here at the Garrison House for our participation with the Wounded Warriors Program.  We were both surprised and elated at his generosity and continue to strive to contribute in any way we can to those troops who so selflessly put their lives on the line for the very freedoms that many times we take for granted.
